This organization promotes Ukrainian culture, language, and folk traditions in Kazakstan through Ukrainian Sunday schools for adults and children, a Ukrainian language radio program, and support of civic initiatives in Kazakstan's Ukrainian community. The group is planning to open a private school for Ukrainian students, start a Ukrainian language newspaper, and establish branch offices in rural areas of the Pavlodar oblast.
