The Institute of Civic Society is a non-profit organization with 7 members that aims to support the development of NGOs, carry out community-building activities, and facilitate a dialogue between the Government of Georgia and the various NGOs. The organization publishes a newsletter entitled "Dialogue-21". Levan Berdiashvili, director of the Institute of Civic Society, is also an assistant professor at Tbilisi State University. He has written many articles including "Basic Principles of Civic Society", "NGO Creation Process", and "Civic Society Building in Georgia".
