Based in Tbilisi, the Georgian Constitutional Protection League (GCPL) is working on a project named "Legal Education for All." It will include a series of TV programs intended to explain "constitutional norms of human rights and freedoms" for citizens of all ages, including children. GCPL also regularly translates into English important laws passed by the Georgian parliament. GCPL's president Khmaladze is eager to find areas of collaboration with like-minded organizations abroad.
