Center for Development and Cooperation - Center for Pluralism is the Georgian non-governmental, not-for-profit organization operating in cooperation with Caucasian and East European NGOs on topics of human and civil rights. Founded in 1996, CDC now operates with 4 full-time professionals and 12 volunteers. In the past CDC has cooperated with international partners such as Institute for Democracy in Eastern Europe (IDEE) and INAM.

The Centers for Pluralism is an informal network of non-governemntal organizations in Central and Eastern Europe and the NIS which work in the broadly defined field of "civics education." The network includes information agencies, human rights organizations, women's groups, evironmental organizations and others. The Centers for Pluralism network is coordinated by the Institute for Democracy in Eastern Europe (IDEE) located in Warsaw:
