SCAF is an information and telecommunication support center for Belarus NGOs. Currently we are compiling Belarus NGO homepages database. We provide consulting and seminars to NGO representatives on the issues of grant management, proposal writing, NGO related law, leadership and staff development. We created WWW site to promote the exchange of information between Belarus NGOs and their counterparts in other countries. We publish the only NGO related journal in Belarus "Grantmanship".
