In 1993 this organization, based in Santa Monica, CA, helped distribute 36 tons of medical supplies and equipment to hospitals in Baku and to their refugee distribution centers in Yevlakh and Agdjebedi in central Azerbaijan. It worked with the construction company Brown & Root, Project Hope, and U.S.-chartered aircraft from Andrews Air Force Base to accomplish this humanitarian initiative.
