EnvCEE-L

An excellent source for news and announcements related to the environment in Eastern Europe and the NIS. EnvCEE-L is sponsored by the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), a non-profit foundation based in Budapest, Hungary. Each month EnvCEE-L includes a calendar of environment-related conferences and workshops. It also includes the monthly bulletins of EcoDefense, an environmental organization in Kaliningrad, Russia, and another environmental group in Chisinau, Moldova.

ISAR Kyiv Informational Bulletin

A monthly electronic bulletin published by ISAR's Kyiv office which contains news of environment-related conferences, publications, and projects. The bulletin is in Russian (Cyrillic fonts for DOS) and comes uuencoded.
