The International Foundation for Electoral Systems office in Kyiv has uploaded to the Internet biographies of the People's Deputies elected to the Ukrainian parliament in 1994. For each Deputy there is information on the district represented, party affiliation, the percentage of votes won in the 1994 election, an extensive personal biography, and the deputy's electoral platform. The file is located at the Kyiv Freenet, which was profiled in NetTalk earlier this year.
