The European Law Student's Association (ELSA) Listserv was created to increase communication between members of ELSA, an independent, non-profit organization of law students and young lawyers founded in 1981 by students in Austria, Hungary, Poland and West Germany. Members now come from over 28 countries. The list serves members and friends of the organization.
