The Southern Russia Regional Office (SRRO) of the Eurasia Foundation is pleased to invite you to subscribe, either electronically or through "real" mail, to our monthly bulletin "Panorama". This free monthly bulletin is currently available only in Russian, but we are developing a similar English informational and expect it to be ready by the end of March.

The SRRO, based in Saratov, is responsible for administering EF activities from Nizhny Novgorod and Tartarstan to Stavropol and Krasnodar Krais. This is a diverse and varied region of Russia that plays an important role in Russia's growth and development. Panorama describes EF activities, such as its new "Alternative Dispute Resolution" and "Responsible Journalism" competitions, its Small Business Loan Program and grant making activities, as well as important regional news. Interested parties will find it to be a helpful resource in staying connected to the events in southern Russia.
