The Centers for Pluralism, a project of the Institute for Democracy in Eastern Europe in Warsaw, is an informal network of NGOs in Eastern Europe and the former USSR working in the general field of civic education. The CfP office in Warsaw publishes a quarterly newsletter containing an enormous amount of information about NGO projects in the region. Each issue has a section �Who is Who: Activities, Plans, SOS,� which includes organizational profiles and project descriptions, and �Who is Offering What,� an annotated list of resources and foundations. At the back of each issue is a list of contact information for several hundred NGOs in the region.
