"Human Rights, Democracy, and Peace Education in the Russian Federation," an informative electronic mailing list for students, teachers, non-governmental organizations, schools, and other groups interested in civic education.Subscribe at [email protected]
Support for this list was provided by IREX as part of the Electronic Mailing List Management Training Program. Participating organizations were awarded small grants for the creation and management of electronic mailing lists, which are hosted on the IREX server in Moscow in order to ensure the stability and accessibility of the lists. The participants were provided with workstations for connection to the Internet, as well as a modem and/or an account with an Internet Service provider. In addition, small salary support for a part-time editor of the mailing list was provided for a year.
