ISAR's office in Kyiv publishes a monthly bulletin for (mostly environmental) NGOs in Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine. The bulletin includes: information on upcoming conferences, conventions and seminars; activity and event updates from organizations; requests for cooperation; opportunities for financial and technical support; and new publications. The bulletin is in Russian only and is distributed within the western NIS by postal mail and by e-mail at the end of each month. Subscribers outside the western NIS can receive the bulletin by e-mail. The e-mail version uses Cyrillic fonts for DOS and arrives uuencoded and zipped.
