For more than 10 years IDEE has helped to organize a network of NGOs throughout Central and Eastern Europe which focus on such issues as human rights, civic education, women's issues, etc.

They publish the "Centers for Pluralism Newsletter." The first issue, published in 1995, had 14 pages and 30 addresses. The Winter 1996/97 issue has over 100 pages and links hundreds of people in over thirty countries. The subscription rate is $30 a year (4 issues) and is free to East European and former Soviet Union readers.
