The BEARR Trust Newsletter

Information About UK NGO Links with the former Soviet Union
BEARR stands for British Emergency Action in Russia and the Republics. The trust is a registered British charity formed in 1991 to act as a bridge between the welfare and health sectors of Britain and those of the former Soviet Union. It operates a small grants program in the NIS, serves as a clearinghouse and publishes an excellent quarterly newsletter, available for £20/year. First-time subscribers pay only £15 for the first year. The Trust’s Annual Review 1995-96 outlines BEARR’s current work and future plans in Britain and in Russia.
