Institute for Problems of Civil Society


The Institute for Problems of Civil Society has begun to set up a permanent project called "A Not-so-Large Library." A large quantity of books was gathered from different types of publishers for distribution to village libraries, military unit libraries, and correctional labor facilities. The institute invites organizations working in education, coordinators, wishing to distribute books, to contact them at the following address:
