"School of Tomorrow"


A new school in Belarus, the "School of Tomorrow," is looking to establish pen-pals and a "twin-school" relationship with a school in the U. S. The school is only three years old, and has thirty teachers and 150 students ranging from 6 to 10 years of age. The size is expected to increase to 400 students, but it will remain relatively small. English language study is one of the major emphases in the curriculum: Social Studies, Science and Mathematics are all studied in English. The School of Tomorrow is located in Gomel, the second largest city in Belarus. The staff and students are eager to begin correspondence or engage in joint projects. Direct letters or calls to:
