Public and private non-profit organizations are invited to submit proposals for projects that will either enhance or expand existing partnerships or develop new school partnership programs with the goals of advancing mutual understanding between the U.S. and the NIS, developing lasting institutional ties, and promoting partnerships that serve the needs and interests of the schools. All submissions must have a thematic focus and feature on-going joint project activity between the schools, a student exchange component, and an educator exchange component.

A complete solicitation package consists of an RFP (Request for Proposals), a POGI (Project Objectives, Goals, and Implementation), and a PSI (Proposal Submission Instructions).
