NGO representatives in these regions and countries who are working in relevant or related fields are eligible for participation in the Seminar, and should submit copies of a completed application for participation in the Seminar to their National Foundation of the Open Society Institute/Soros Foundation.
NGO representatives from Belarus and Turkmenistan who are interested in participating should submit applications directly to the Network Women's Program of the Open Society Institute/Budapest office, since no National Foundations operate in those countries.
