RFP Text:
In this competition, four rounds of funding are planned during the 51-month project; three have already been completed.
Under Round IV, applicants may request up to a maximum sum of $180,000 in USAID funding for projects at least six and not more than 20 months long. --------------Proposals that are submitted late or are incomplete may not be considered in the review process. Successful applicants will be expected to begin their projects in mid-February 2000, and all projects must be completed by the end of October 2001.
