Sister Cities International (SCI), a Washington, DC-based national non-profit, seeks a program manager for its U.S.-NIS Sister Cities Domestic Violence Prevention Training Program. Experience with U.S. anti-domestic violence programs and grant program management skills required. Understanding of the social, legal and economic issues relevant to the DV problem in the NIS. Preferred experience of working with the NIS on the USG exchange and training programs. Preferred working knowledge of Russian. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
