In collaboration with the Reuter Foundation, the Cambridge Overseas Trust offers one scholarship annually to enable graduate of outstanding academic merit from Russia to pursue a taught postgraduate course of study in Economics at the University of Cambridge.

Citizens of Russia, normally under the age of 35, who have obtained a first degree with high grades from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will need to have proved their proficiency in the English language by means of either the IELTS test (minimum score Band 7) or TOEFL (minimum score 600) and TOEFL Test Of Written English (minimum score 5.0). All applicants for a one-year taught postgraduate course in Economics or Finance will be required to provide the results of a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test.

All applicants must complete a Preliminary Application Form which can be obtained from their local institution or apply to the address provided above.

Preliminary application forms must be completed and returned to Cambridge Overseas Trust UK address by January 31, 1998

By submitting one Preliminary Application Form, candidates will automatically be considered for all the Trust's awards for which they are eligible.
