Project Harmony, an innovative, not-for-profit professional and educational exchange and training organization with offices in the US, Russia and Ukraine currently seeks a recent college graduate to fill the position of Program Coordinator for the Law Enforcement Exchange Program. This position is based in Vermont with extensive travel in the US and NIS to help coordinate and facilitate law enforcement exchanges, university criminal justice partnerships, professional development workshops, and fellowship programs. Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is mandatory.

Summary of Law Enforcement Programs
Project Harmony Law Enforcement programs are designed to support grass-roots community policing efforts in the US and NIS by establishing linkages between state and municipal police forces and police training academies in the US, Russia and Ukraine. The common threads integrating all aspects of the Project Harmony's law enforcement initiative includes hands-on training, theoretical overview and practical application of criminal justice concepts, homestays and cultural immersion in both US and NIS communities.
