Senior Program Manager in Russia

** Applicants must be American citizens fluent in Russian with work and living experience in Russia.

Project Harmony, a not-for-profit professional and educational exchange and training organization with offices in the US, Russia and Ukraine currently seeks a qualified professional to fill the position of Senior Program Manager in Russia. Fluency in Russian is mandatory. The position is based in Moscow, with some field travel throughout Russia. A minimum two-year commitment is sought. Project Harmony seeks placement no later than September 15, 1999. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance program implementation with administrative oversight of staff working on those programs. Project Harmony believes that a successful Senior Program Manager has the desire and ability to play a hands-on role in program implementation.
