Program Officer--Community Outreach (Delegation Coordinator)

Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Officer will focus primarily on outreach, but when needed, will "swing" between working with the Community Outreach Team and Coordinating Team. As a member of the Community Outreach Team, the Program Officer researches and targets communities well suited to host delegations of Russian business people. The Program Officer approaches and maintains contact with service organizations in order to secure U.S. sponsorship for delegations. As a coordinator, the Program Officer coordinates these delegations in cooperation with U.S. volunteer organizations. This involves working with local business representatives to create an intensive training program, in addition to helping local volunteers develop and implement home hosting, transportation and media plans.

Salary: $26,000-$29,000 plus excellent benefits
