Peace & Charity House in St. Petersburg seeks partners

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Youth Cultural Center "Peace and Charity House", St. Petersburg, Russia is seeking for youth organizations abroad to become partners and to realize mutual programs.

Peace & Charity House has been working with "street" teenagers, children from needy families, orphans for 15 years. More than 2000 teenagers spend their leisure in the Center. The activities of P&CH aim to prevent young people from getting into a vicious circle of intoxicants, crimes or asocial life. The Center offers a full range of activities:

• Drama and Theatre of Mask Shows
• Design and Art Studios
• Modern Dance Studios
• Youth Paper "Red &White"
• Bodybuilding
• Kungfu

We should like to organize

• Charity Fund aiming to protect human rights and support young people of risk group
• Exchange of groups of talented children from needy families to show their abilities
• Mutual performances and exhibitions of paintings, drawings, wood and fur crafts
• Penclub (the most interesting letters will be published in "Red & White")
• Web interaction
• Seminars for social workers, volunteers and teachers; training workshops
• Sport competitions
