1999/2000 Scholarships in Human Rights

The Open Society Institute/ FCO Chevening/University of Essex are pleased to announce the 1999/2000 Scholarships in Human Rights.

Scholarships in Human Rights is a new scholarship programme which will enable suitably qualified students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan to pursue taught postgraduate programmes within the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Essex. The two programmes offered are the MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights and the LLM in International Human Rights Law.Information on the scholarships is available at teh Central Eurasia Project web site http://www.soros.org/cen_eurasia.html specifically at the following locations.
