Closing date and time: May 21, 1999, 17:00 P.M.WL/NGOSC and USAID are pleased to announce contract competition for updating Russian NGOs Legal Guide. The work will be done within the NGO Sector Support Program funded by USAID. WL/NGOSC is soliciting applications for qualified Russian legal specialists willing to devote their time and efforts to updating the Legal Guide for Russian NGOs. Through this solicitation WL/NGOSC will award an author or group of authors who will show creative and professional way in solving legal issues for Russian NGOs in accordance with the current state of RF legislation for NGOs.
