MEDE European Consultancy has implemented projects in the health and social sectors in a large number of countries, concentrating on Central and Eastern Europe.We have recently been invited for a TACIS project in the Russian Federation (Partnership in Education, Health and Social Assistance). This 24 month project addresses the target groups of social orphans and disabled children. The project should support an integrated approach (education, health, social) in the delivery of services, promoting partnerships between regional/local authorities and NGO's and de-institutionalization.
We are looking for full-time and part-time experts, with an education, health or social background and experience with the target groups. Experts should have the nationality of an EU member state or the Russsian Federation.
