Vice-President for CEE/EurasiaThe Institute for Sustainable Communities is seeking experienced, dedicated and creative senior manager to oversee and develop its programs in Central/ Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Responsibilities include: ensuring well-managed projects, supervising country directors, developing new projects, and fundraising. Qualifications include: minimum ten years senior program management experience with at least five years senior international experience including overseas postings; proven office management abilities; excellent communications skills to represent ISC to funders, government officials, and partners. Based in Vermont. Minimum travel: three months per year with the possibility of a regional posting after one year.
