ICAR is an NGO (Non Governmental Organization) located in Moscow working with multilateral and bi-lateral donor agencies to implement IAS accounting and auditing reform in Russia.We are looking for: excellent public and private client consulting; team building; English writing skills; and entrepreneurial flair. Practical experience with USAID, Tacis, World Bank, Know How Fund/DFID projects in Russia and some Russian language skills are useful. If you have managed several small project teams at a time or have conceptualized a project, developed it and written successful donor proposals to get the project funded, we want to talk with you. For these positions technical accounting & auditing skills are not necessary but you must be able to handle technical issues and work with effectively with technically oriented people.
