The Council for International Exchange of Scholars is still accepting applications for lecturing and research awards to Central and Eastern Europe and the NIS. Opportunities exist for lecturing and research in a broad range of disciplines, especially in the humanities and social sciences, as well as in professional fields such as law and journalism.
