The Foundation for Russian-American Economic Cooperation (FRAEC) is accepting applications for an Operations Coordinator position to staff the CLEAR-PAC (CP) Program. For more information on CLEAR-PAC please go to: www.fraec.org/clear-pac.htmlThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for working with US shippers to obtain and process necessary shipping documents and transmit data electronically to Russian counterparts, creating and maintaining various databases, marketing CP's services to US exporters, assisting the Program Director in writing reports and updates to various US government agencies and CP Steering Committee, producing and disseminating newsletters and creating other marketing materials. The Operations Coordinator will also provide general support to the Program Director, helping with various tasks including communications with Russian counterparts, correspondence and logistics.
This position demands excellent organizational skills, a facility with computers (preferably PC) and software, proficiency with word processing & database applications (preferably Microsoft Office), and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of the Russian environment and Russian language skills are required. Experience in Transportation and Logistics preferred but not required.
This is a regular, full time position, and includes a benefits package. Salary level is dependent upon experience.
