The Sixth Conference of the International Society for the Study of European Ideas (ISSEI) "Twentieth Century European Narratives: Tradition and Innovation" is on 16-21 August, 1998 in Israel at the Haifa University.

The First Call for Papers will be available on September 1 - but inquiries are welcome before that date. Please send inquires to the address above.

Abstracts of 150-200 words should reach Dr. Tiiu Paas by December 31, 1997. Completed papers should reach thereafter. Papers should not exceed 3000 words, or ten double-spaced pages, including notes. (Notes need not be included in the presented papers, but should be included in the version that is used for final selection.)
