Description: Doctors of the World USA, the American affiliate of Medecins du Monde, seeks experienced program manager for Eastern Europe/NIS region to be based in NY Headquarters. Responsibilities include management of field programs in Kosovo (TB, MCH) and Russia (At-risk youth), new project development, reporting and oversight of all personnel, logistical and financial aspects of public health programs. Requirements: Field experience; MPH or equivalent; experience as donor liaison; solid experience in program development, management and evaluation.Education: Bachelor (BA, BS, etc.)
