Program Director, Zugdidi, GeorgiaPrimary responsibility for implementation and management of a community development program building the capacity of local NGOs to work in communities with a high population of IDPs and refugees.
Major responsibilities include:
- conduct TOTs in PRA and NGO capacity building training, oversee technical and small grant assistance;
- manage local staff; prepare a range of program documents; and
- ensure collaboration with donor agency, international and local NGOs and on-going Counterpart programs managed by the Caucasus Regional Director.
Requires:
- 5-7 years of community development and program management experience;
- PRA and NGO capacity building training background;
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- experience working on USG-funded projects and project implementation in post-conflict environment.
Prefers:
Caucasus experience and local language capability.
