The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Office of Citizen Exchanges (formerly part of the United States Information Agency), is offering a grant opportunity for U.S. organizations to conduct exchanges and training programs in collaboration with partner organizations for the New Independent States. Information on current and previous year's programs is posted on our website. The title of this competition is: Exchanges and Training Programs for the New Independent States--Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. The deadline for proposal submissions is December 22, 1999.
