Dynamic and experienced managers needed for new country programs in Armenia, Georgia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Skills set must be multi-sectoral with experience in economic development, micro-lending, association building and community development. In-depth knowledge of the Caucasus/Balkan region is essential. Relevant language skills and prior work experience in the region a plus. Proven ability to design country strategies, implement diverse programs and actively pursue additional reasources for program development. Three year committment needed.Specialists sought in:
