Program Assistant

Job Description

The Productivity Enhancement Program, a variation of the historic Marshall Plan Technical Assistance program, focuses on rebuilding Russian domestic production by training the managers and entrepreneurs at the forefront of this momentous transition. With the help of facilitators/interpreters and host communities, non-English speaking Russian business people receive intensive training in multiple U.S. production sites for one month. Delegates rigorously analyze and document learning acquired during their study to better apply it to their own companies and to become trainers themselves upon returning to Russia.

As with all CCI programs, PEP aims to empower citizens, not officials, to take responsibility for societal change.
