Counterpart International, Inc., a non-profit, Washington, D.C.-based NGO, seeks an organizational development specialist for a short-term consultancy with the Counterpart Alliance for Partnership (CAP) Program in Ukraine.Responsibilities: 1) create a comprehensive training and technical assistance plan for CAP based on the training and technical assistance needs of grantees, local trainers and staff 2) assist CAP with strategizing and prioritizing needs 3) work closely with CAP's two local Training Coordinators through "shadowing" and help build their capacity to design similar training programs in the future.
Qualified candidates will have expertise in: 1) organizational development 2) training 3) needs assessments.
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years experience in their field; experience working with NGOs; experience in the former Soviet Union and/or Eastern Europe.
Russian language skills are preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English.
