Ekaterinburg, Russia May 20-22, 1998 The Urals State University of Economics is pleased to invite international participants to an All-Russian Scientific Conference entitled: "Private Law Regulation: Legislation and Its Use in Practice". The conference will be held on 20-22 May, 1998 at the Urals State University of Economics (Ekaterinburg).

The conference will include sections on:

• Private law regulation in Russian Legislation (theory and practice)
• Private law regulation in international private law
• Russian and foreign experience of developing business activity
• Software of private law regulation and business activity
• Legal liability in business activity

Interested individuals must send their papers to the Organizing Committee by March 1, 1998. Reports should be about 5 pages of printed text. Theses should be about 2 pages.

In the upper right corner of reports/thesis, please provide the name of the author and identify institutional affiliation. Please send an electronic version of the text by e-mail, in Word 7.0 or Norton Commander. Please send the reports/theses in Russian.
