Chemonics International is seeking candidates for Chief of Party position to lead a USAID-funded project giving assistance to the Bulgarian Health System Reform project. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in leading development projects, financing of healthcare systems, institution building, and social system (especially health insurance) administration.
