"Baltupiu sviesa" is an organisation in Vilnius, Lithuania, that stimulates local communities to undertake public activities and provides information services for local communities. We are developing a project titled "Youth for Europe".Our aim is to stimulate youth to exchange information in the cultural and social spheres with other European countries.
