The Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst, a bi-weekly, subscription free Web journal, seeks regional specialists, journalists, economists and political scientists to contribute short, timely, analytical articles, 500-800 words in length, and receive an honorarium of US$ 100-350 per article.Each bi-weekly issue of the Analyst will feature four analytical articles as well as field reports from local experts and NGOs in Central Asia-Caucasus region. The Analyst welcomes suggestions of NGO representatives who might desire to publicize their work in our journal as well as contact information for potential writers.
The mission of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst formerly Cyber-Caravan, is to provide a rigorous, concise and non-partisan forum where specialists can assess issues and events in the Central Asia-Caucasus region for a broad audience of businessmen, journalists, policy makers, government officials, diplomats and academics. The Analyst serves as the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute's global rapid-response switchboard between the academic, business and governmental communities by providing timely insights on this region.
The Analyst will provide factual, objective and analytical articles that value fresh insights rather than the conventional wisdom. We welcome writers from various perspectives and viewpoints.
