National Field Organizing CoordinatorAmnesty International, USA is seeking a fixed term National Field Organizing Coordinator to join its Washington, DC staff. The organizer will develop models for field organizing, evaluate present efforts, recommend strategies and conduct training for activists. The organizer will also coordinate events that support issue based campaigns. Salary high 30's.
Requirements: college degree, 5 years organizing experience with emphasis on membership recruitment, leadership and organizational development, strategic planning and events coordination; experience developing issue based campaigns; excellent communication skills.
