The Agricultural Program Director will oversee the implementation of multi-donor funded community-based technical assistance services to individual farmers, groups, and local organizations; implementation of agriculturally focused credit and loan programs; coordination with staff to develop and implement integrated, community-based programming, and develop future programs and proposals. Requires: Master's degree and two years overseas experience in agriculture, development of agriculture programs; excellent computer skills; understanding of USDA and USAID programming, and implementation; Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian is preferred.
